Welcome to Nerdy Nest. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and products. By accessing this website and purchasing from Nerdy Nest, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Manufacturer Warranty
   Nerdy Nest does not offer any warranty beyond what the manufacturers of individual items may provide. In the event of issues, Nerdy Nest will make reasonable efforts to resolve them; however, resolution depends on the support received from manufacturers.

2. Taxes and Duties
   Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees on their end. The prices quoted do not include these charges unless otherwise explicitly stated.

3. Reporting Issues
   Any issues encountered with the product should be reported to Nerdy Nest within a week of purchase. A clear recording of the issue in adequate lighting conditions which includes the device purchased must be provided to facilitate resolution.

4. Shipping and Payments
   For shipped products, payment must be transferred online. A screenshot of the transaction must be shared before shipment. Further details regarding the shipment process can be found at this page.
   Nerdy Nest will share a video showing the device in working condition and its packaging process.
   Buyers are advised to record a video of the unboxing to ensure that the package has not been tampered with during shipment. This video must be shared if any defects or issues with the product are encountered. Nerdy Nest will not entertain any complaints without this.

5. Used / Second Handed Products
   Clauses 1 and 3 do not apply to used and/or second handed products. They are provided "as are."

6. Responsibility for Damages
   Even though Nerdy Nest will ensure that products are packaged with adequate bubble-wrap and/foam, they are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment. Customers can opt to pick up their items at an agreed meeting place and time. Customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include insurance to cover any potential damages during transit.

7. Custom Mechanical Keyboards
   Custom boards require a minimum advance payment of PKR 10,000 before we begin gathering the required parts. Delivery of custom boards can take up to one month. The cost quoted for custom boards does not include any customs fees that may be charged when items arrive from abroad. If a customer cancels the order for a custom board more than two days after the advance payment, Nerdy Nest will deduct a flat fee of PKR 1,000 from the refund.

8. Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

   1. Orders for non-custom items can be canceled for a full refund as long as it has not been fulfilled.

   2. Refunds for non-custom items will only be issued if the item is returned in its original condition within 5 days of receipt.

   3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and is responsible to ensure the item is not damaged during shipment.

   4. Refunds for non-custom items will be processed according to the terms outlined in clause number 7. Refunds may take up to 2 days while we ensure the product's condition.

   5. Change of mind is not acceptable for any product.

9. Testing and Quality Assurance
   All products will be tested for issues before being packaged to ensure they meet our quality standards.

10. Recording and Publicity Rights
    By placing an order, buyers grant Nerdy Nest irrevocable, perpetual rights to record videos of unboxings and reviews. These videos may be shared on social media for publicity or advertising purposes. Nerdy Nest will not publicly display any personally identifiable information of the customers in any way within the content used for publicity.

11. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nerdy Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

    1. Your use of or inability to use our products or services;

    2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

    3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;

    4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;

    5. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

12. Customer Modifications
    Nerdy Nest shall not be liable for any damages caused by any form of modifications done to the product by the customer.

13. Intellectual Property
    All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nerdy Nest and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

14. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    Nerdy Nest reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
