Here at Nerdy Nest, we offer either local collection of your order from specified locations or shipment via courier.

Lahore

If you're in Lahore, you can collect your order from Lake City. Simply drop us a message to set up a meet where you can check your order and even test some of our other equipment.

If you're unable to collect the order in person, we can ship it via TCS using their express service.

Due to issues with riders in platforms like Careem Courier, InDrive and Bykea, we can no longer guarantee same day delivery, sadly.

Other Cities

If you're located outside of Lahore, we will ship your order via TCS.

Do note that while we use their express overnight service, TCS does not deliver in all areas on the next day. Estimated delivery time is 1-4 days.

Please note that for all shipments, terms & conditions apply. All costs of shipping will be paid for by the buyer including any taxes that may be applicable.

🏭Standard Order Processing Steps

Here’s how we handle each order to ensure transparency and quality:

1. You place an order on the website.

2. Advance payment must be made. (We no longer offer Cash on Delivery.)

3. Share the transaction screenshot with us.

4. We will test and package your device on camera — and share the video with you.

5. Once ready, we’ll ship the product and share the tracking details.

6. Once you receive the package, record an unboxing to confirm there’s no tampering during delivery — this protects you as a customer.

7. If you face any issues, report them within 7 days as per our policy.

8. After that, standard product warranty applies — and we’ll help facilitate support with the vendor or manufacturer.
