🚚 Shipping Methods & Charges

  • Orders below PKR 10,000
    – Shipped via Economy Service
    – Flat shipping fee: PKR 500

  • Orders above PKR 10,000
    – Eligible for Free Economy Shipping
    – Option to upgrade to Express Overnight Shipping for PKR 500
    – Note: All orders weighing under 4kg are shipped via overnight express. The express shipping option is only for faster handling and processing of the order.

⚡ Delivery Times
  • Express Overnight Shipping
    – Orders placed and paid for before 3:00 PM are usually delivered next day
    – For distant cities, delivery may take up to 2 days
    – Delivery window: 1–3 days

  • Economy Shipping
    – Standard delivery time: 2–5 days

🏙️ Special Notes

  • Same-day delivery within Lahore is not available

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered – all orders must be prepaid before shipping

  • Customers may also pick up orders in person from Lake City, Lahore
    – Payment can be made at the time of collection if pickup is chosen
    – However, "change of mind" at this point is not allowed
    – You can bring your own device to test the products, however, payment will have to be made before opening the package

  • All orders are tested & packaged on camera to ensure customers receive working devices

🏭Standard Order Processing Steps

Here’s how we handle each order to ensure transparency and quality:

  1. You place an order on the website.

  2. Advance payment must be made. (We no longer offer Cash on Delivery.)

  3. Share the transaction screenshot with us.

  4. We will test and package your device on camera — and share the video with you.

  5. Once ready, we’ll ship the product and share the tracking details.

  6. Once you receive the package, record an unboxing to confirm there’s no tampering during delivery — this protects you as a customer.

  7. If you face any issues, report them within 7 days as per our policy.

  8. After that, standard product warranty applies — and we’ll help facilitate support with the vendor or manufacturer.
