🚚 Shipping Methods & Charges
Orders below PKR 10,000
– Flat shipping fee: PKR 600 (nationwide)
Orders between PKR 10,000 – PKR 20,000
– Flat shipping fee: PKR 300 (nationwide)
Orders above PKR 20,000
– Free shipping across Pakistan
🛵 Lahore (InDrive Option)
Customers within Lahore can opt for delivery via InDrive:
– Select the InDrive option at checkout (PKR 0)
– Customer is responsible for paying the rider directly
– Order will be handed over once the rider arrives
⚡ Delivery Timeline
– Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days
– Orders are shipped via TCS Express with the exception of bulk
Order Cut-off Time:
– Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM are processed the same day
– Orders after 1:00 PM are processed on the next working day
⚠️ Shipping Disclaimer (Force Majeure)
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions (e.g., floods, heavy rain)
Political unrest, protests, or strikes
Transportation or logistics disruptions
Courier delays or operational issues
Nerdy Nest will not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors.
📦 Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are shipped via economy courier service (TCS)
No express or priority shipping options are available for bulk shipments
🏙️ Special Notes
Same-day delivery is available in Lahore for limited areas depending on conditions & availability of riders on InDrive
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered – all orders must be prepaid
All orders are tested and packaged on camera to ensure customers receive fully working products
🏭Standard Order Processing Steps
Here’s how we handle each order to ensure transparency and quality:
You place an order on the website.
Advance payment must be made. (We no longer offer Cash on Delivery.)
Share the transaction screenshot with us.
We will test and package your device on camera — and share the video with you.
Once ready, we’ll ship the product and share the tracking details.
Once you receive the package, record an unboxing to confirm there’s no tampering during delivery — this protects you as a customer.
If you face any issues, report them within 7 days as per our policy.
After that, standard product warranty applies — and we’ll help facilitate support with the vendor or manufacturer.
