Cancellation, Return, Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

• Orders for non-customized items may be canceled at any time before they are fulfilled for a full refund.

• Orders for custom mechanical keyboards can be canceled within 2 days of advance payment. After that, a PKR 1,000 cancellation fee applies.

Returns

• Returns for non-customized items are accepted within 5 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the item is not damaged during return transit.

• Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

• Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 1 week of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

• Refunds for custom keyboards are only processed according to the terms outlined above.

Return Process

1. Notify us via chat or email within the return period.

2. Ship the item securely and share the tracking number.

3. Once received and verified, the refund will be processed.

Exceptions

• No returns/refunds will be accepted without a clear unboxing video.

• Items sold as “used” or “second-hand” are provided “as-is” and are non-refundable.
