The Thunderobot K78 is a space-saving wired mechanical keyboard that keeps the numpad while dropping the dedicated function row (F-keys move to the Fn layer), giving you number-pad data entry and arrow keys in a footprint far smaller than a full-size board. It's aimed at gamers, coders, and productivity users who want essential keys without the desk real estate of a 100% layout — and more room for mouse sweeps.
It ships with smooth Outemu Red linear switches — a light 40gf linear with a 2.0mm actuation point and 4.0mm travel, fast and quiet for competitive play or late-night sessions. The full-key hot-swappable PCB takes 3-pin switches, so you can change the feel and sound later without soldering. Full NKRO with 100% anti-ghosting means every keystroke registers, even during rapid input.
Per-key RGB lights the board in 16.8 million colours with 20 preset effects, cycled and adjusted directly on the keyboard with Fn shortcuts — no software to install. The case is built from durable ABS, and the double-shot ABS keycaps keep their legends clear through heavy use. Connection is wired over a detachable USB-C cable — plug-and-play, no dongle or charging to manage.
