A 75% wired Hall Effect keyboard with a mecha-inspired all-black look, a creamy out-of-the-box sound profile, Homoo magnetic linear switches, a knob, and the full competitive HE suite.
Read the full description
The Kuangjue GK75 Mecha Assault is a 75% wired Hall Effect keyboard that leads with build quality and acoustic character as much as input performance. The all-black chassis, translucent black PC keycaps with orange Cherry-profile legends, and a mirror detail between the rear kick stands give it a strong, deliberate visual identity — a mecha-inspired look that holds up as a desk piece as well as a competitive tool. The orange accent keycaps for Escape and Enter, included in the box, add a controlled pop of colour that ties the design together without overcomplicating it.
The sound profile is where the GK75 earns immediate attention. Three-layer dampening combined with well-tuned stabilisers produces a muted, creamy keystroke that's notably polished for the price tier — the kind of acoustic quality that usually takes post-purchase modding on competing boards. The Homoo magnetic linear switches are well-lubed from the factory and carry a smooth, consistent feel that performs comparably to Tiger Amber Pro and Outemu White Jade in both tactile character and Hall Effect sensing. South-facing per-key RGB lights the translucent keycaps from below for a clean, even glow through the legends, without the hotspot bleed north-facing RGB commonly introduces on Cherry-profile caps.
The competitive feature set covers the full standard HE toolkit: 8000Hz polling, Rapid Trigger, DKS, MT, TGL, and SOCD via SnapKey — all configurable through the QMK-based web software at qmk.top with no desktop application to install. The integrated knob provides on-the-fly volume, media, or custom function control within the 75% layout, keeping a useful input without expanding the footprint. The wired-only connection keeps the input path clean and latency-free, and the included spare switches allow quick replacement without waiting for parts.
For buyers who want a Hall Effect 75% with a strong aesthetic identity, a genuinely good out-of-the-box sound profile, and a competitive feature set at an accessible price, the GK75 Mecha Assault is a well-rounded, confident build.
