The Jedel KL81 is a compact, versatile 75% mechanical keyboard for users who want modern features, a clean layout, and room to customise — without stepping into premium pricing. With a gasket-mounted structure, a rotary knob, and hot-swappable sockets, the KL81 is a solid foundation for beginners and modders alike.
Built with dual-layer sound dampening (case foam + plate foam), the KL81 delivers a more controlled, pleasant typing experience than traditional tray-mounted budget boards. The gasket mount helps reduce harsh vibration, making it an excellent candidate for further sound and feel upgrades down the line.
The KL81 comes pre-installed with Drinkey Red linear switches — Jedel's own entry-tier linear — offering a smooth, lightweight feel with 45gf actuation, 50gf bottom-out, and a 50-million-keystroke lifespan, well suited to both typing and casual gaming.
Visually, north-facing LEDs provide fixed-colour RGB divided into three horizontal zones, with 11 animation effects for subtle desk lighting that won't overwhelm the setup. Full 82-key anti-ghosting (NKRO) keeps input accurate during fast typing or gaming.
